Our Governance

The Black Country Primary Careers Hub 2040 was formed as the result a successful application and pilot for The Primary Fund, (Developing New and Innovative Programmes strand), with The Careers and Enterprise Company, for 2019/20.  The Primary Careers’ Curriculum has been designed and evaluated; there are live events  and high quality video resources for each sector.  There are 2 joint stereotyping events for all schools within the project, and the production of a child-friendly Local Labour Market Index for each sector. The outcomes are measured against ‘The 8 essential skills for Future Learning and the World of Work’ (Skills Builder), and pre-post survey information from pupils and their parents.
