Ryders Hayes Training School Ryders Hayes was one of the first pilot National Teaching Schools in 2011 and has never looked back! Supporting, developing and challenging: ourselves as a team; leaders; teachers; teaching assistants, and non-teaching support staff, to grow and flourish using research-informed practice, is deeply embedded in our culture and school ethos. We thrive on our collaboration and partnerships with other schools; curriculum hubs; professional development partners and external experts, to bring the very best in teacher education to our area. We are proud to deliver the DfE’s golden thread here in Pelsall:
● as primary partner for Barr Beacon SCITT for Initial Teacher Training
● as Strategic Partner for Manor Teaching School Hub, serving Walsall, Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire
- partnering with Ambition Institute for:
- Early Careers Teacher (ECT) training for those in their first two years of teaching,
- and for the newly reformed suite of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) alongside a range of bespoke training and professional development, and support for individual schools in their setting.
