Parent Complaints
At Ryders Hayes School, we always aim to be ‘the best we can be’ and are committed to continuously improving. We welcome constructive feedback and suggestions from parents, carers and our wider school community. Where suggestions cannot reasonably or practically be implemented, we will explain why.

We recognise that, despite our best efforts, we may not always get things right. We encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns with us at the earliest opportunity so that they can be resolved quickly and informally wherever possible.

If your concern relates to your child, please speak to their class teacher in the first instance. If the matter remains unresolved, it can be referred to the Team Leader, or a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

For other concerns, please contact the school office, who will direct you to the appropriate member of staff.

We hope that most concerns can be resolved through open communication and working together. However, where a concern remains unresolved, the school follows the Primary Learning Trust Complaints Policy, which outlines the formal complaints procedure, including the relevant stages and timescales.
