The School Day
The main school day at Ryders Hayes is from *8.55am until 3.30pm, however there are specific timings for other areas of school. * We encourage Year1 - Year6 pupils to come into school at 8:45am when school doors are open to greet their teacher and get ready for the day ahead.

Early and Knight Ryders
Early Ryders (Breakfast Club) is available for all children from Reception to Year 6. A separate provision is available for our Early Years children until this time. These provisions are available from 7:30am until the start of the school day.

Knight Ryders (After School Club) is available immediately after school until 5:45pm. A separate provision is available for our Early Years children until this time.
All these provisions are booked through our Arbor Parent App. All bookings must be made two days in advance of the date you require, i.e. a Thursday session can be booked on a Tuesday but no later.

Pre-School Provision Timings

Nursery provision is available in either morning or afternoon sessions. It can be used alongside Young Ryders to provide parents with all-day childcare, which includes the 30-hour access.

Young Ryders operates alongside our Nursery provision, wrap-around care for parents who require additional hours beyond Nursery hours. This is part of the 30-hour provision for 3- 4 year olds.

Pre-School offers flexible childcare provision for 2-3 year olds.

Pre-School offer includes Time To Start.
