Parent Complaints

We always aim to be ‘ the best we can be’ and to continuously improve. We are open-minded and keen to consider and take on-board constructive suggestions for improvement. If it is not reasonable or practical to implement your suggestion, we will explain why.

We also understand that although we do our best, we do not always get it right first time every time. If you are not happy with something we have done, or have an issue or a concern, then please make an appoint to see us.

If this relates to your child, then usually you should speak to the class teacher in the first instance.
If the matter remains unresolved, then please speak to the Team Leader or Assistant Head Teacher. Should they be unable to help, then the Deputy Head Teacher or Head Teacher will meet with you.
Should the issue not relate directly to your child, then a member of the Senior Leadership Team will be happy to discuss your concern initially, or dependent upon the concern, The Head Teacher herself.

It is hoped that the vast majority of issues can be resolved through this process. However, in the unlikely event of us not reaching a mutually satisfactory outcome, then the matter can be dealt with through The Complaints Procedure for parents.
