- Acting as a 'critical friend' to the Senior Leaders of school by providing guidance, advice and support.
- All Trustees sitting on two committees
- Reviewing and adopting policies, targets and priorities
The Full Trust Board includes:
- Core Committee;
- Leadership & Management Committee, and sub-committee for Pay, Audit and Risk;
- Teaching, Assessments, Curriculum and Learning Committee;
In addition, an Admissions Panel is convened when required, along with any Appeals Panels.
We are very proud of our school as it provides a happy; caring, vibrant, innovative and forward-looking environment for all our children to ‘be the best that they can be.’
It is a school steeped in tradition, with a strong moral code and a reputation for high-quality education within its community, with children at the heart of everything we do.
One of the underpinning principles of Ryders Hayes is ‘to nurture and facilitate the growth of our pupils and their learning; equipping them with the skills and attributes to embrace the challenges of a rapidly changing world. To enjoy success for today and be prepared for tomorrow.’ The structure of the current Trust Board ensures decisions and actions are closely monitored to ensure the interest of the children and staff are paramount.
The School Trust Board consists of 87% White British Trustees and Members and 13% Non White British Trustees and Members.
